It is really praiseworthy that MLA's and MP;s of RJD has submitted their resignation papers in protest against the dangerous ‘Goondagardi’ exhibited against North Indian people in Mumbai by Raj Thakre and workers of his party Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS).It is expected that all peace loving MLA's and MP's who have faith in federal structure of our country and who believes in the Constitution will like to submit resignation papers if he finds himself incapable to convince the state government in Maharshtra or central government in Delhi.
After all this is the weapon in democracy to lodge one’s anguish against the system. Mr. Karunanidhi of DMK adopted the same weapon to lodge his party’s sympathy for Tamils in Sri Lanka and to motivate forcefully central government to put pressure on Sri Lankan government to protect the interests of Tamils in Sri Lanka. It is therefore not surprising that if MLA's and MP's of North India or any part of the country put resignation papers at least for the safety of Indians in India itself.
But the act of submission of resignation letters appears to be dramatic and with malicious intention when we know that Lalu, Paswan, Karunanidhi and their supporters, all are part of the same government which rules the country from Delhi. These leaders and also Left parties (when they were with UPA) talk as if they are in opposition camp.
The greatest fun is that BJP which is actually in opposition camp is less active in protest against Raj Thakre or Shiv Sena because the culprit group is part of NDA which is led by BJP. Election is at hand and therefore BJP perhaps do not want to displease Shiv Sena people.
Obviously all these politicians are doing politics for their own vested interest.
But how long such political drama will be tolerated by victims of Raj Thakre's dadagiri and his whimsical and humiliating statements against North Indians and Biharis?
How long a sensible Indian can bear with onslaught on the spirit of the constitution, and beating of innocent Non-Marathis in Maharastra?
General mass lost faith in their leaders and this is why North Indian people have already started agitation, burnt train and other public property in Bihar, attacked Maharastra Bhawn in Delhi, created huge hullah-bullah in UP and the fire is speeding wide .
And undoubtedly such type of regional conflicts will disturb peaceful relation among many states in future and as a consequence Federal structure of the Constitution will be a matter of debate, dispute and controversy.
In view of the repercussion of Raj’s Goondagardi and such dramatic behavior of RJD brigade I hope the Central government as also state government in Maharashtra without any delay arrest Raj thakre and completely ban MNS at least for six month to create a good example before others who indulges in similar type of unconstitutional activities.
Congress Party will then be able to say that Indian government does not hesitate to penalize even Hindus if they behave in undemocratic and unconstitutional way. Besides UPA government can cite this example to Muslims to implement Supreme Court order on Afzal Guru.
Unfortunately public image of the ruling party is not at all good and the normal perception is that government is unnecessarily playing game in Malegaon Blast to tarnish the image of BJP and Hindu organization and at the same time please Muslims.
This is called dirty politics which must be condemned by all.
Lalu or Paswan or Thakres or Karunanidhi all are birds of the same feather.
Anyway these leaders will be taught a lesson in forthcoming election by voters, let them play drama now.
