Politics of resignation by Lalu

It is really praiseworthy that MLA's and MP;s of RJD has submitted their resignation papers in protest against the dangerous ‘Goondagardi’ exhibited against North Indian people in Mumbai by Raj Thakre and workers of his party Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS).It is expected that all peace loving MLA's and MP's who have faith in federal structure of our country and who believes in the Constitution will like to submit resignation papers if he finds himself incapable to convince the state government in Maharshtra or central government in Delhi.

After all this is the weapon in democracy to lodge one’s anguish against the system. Mr. Karunanidhi of DMK adopted the same weapon to lodge his party’s sympathy for Tamils in Sri Lanka and to motivate forcefully central government to put pressure on Sri Lankan government to protect the interests of Tamils in Sri Lanka. It is therefore not surprising that if MLA's and MP's of North India or any part of the country put resignation papers at least for the safety of Indians in India itself.

But the act of submission of resignation letters appears to be dramatic and with malicious intention when we know that Lalu, Paswan, Karunanidhi and their supporters, all are part of the same government which rules the country from Delhi. These leaders and also Left parties (when they were with UPA) talk as if they are in opposition camp.

The greatest fun is that BJP which is actually in opposition camp is less active in protest against Raj Thakre or Shiv Sena because the culprit group is part of NDA which is led by BJP. Election is at hand and therefore BJP perhaps do not want to displease Shiv Sena people.

Obviously all these politicians are doing politics for their own vested interest.

But how long such political drama will be tolerated by victims of Raj Thakre's dadagiri and his whimsical and humiliating statements against North Indians and Biharis?

How long a sensible Indian can bear with onslaught on the spirit of the constitution, and beating of innocent Non-Marathis in Maharastra?

General mass lost faith in their leaders and this is why North Indian people have already started agitation, burnt train and other public property in Bihar, attacked Maharastra Bhawn in Delhi, created huge hullah-bullah in UP and the fire is speeding wide .

And undoubtedly such type of regional conflicts will disturb peaceful relation among many states in future and as a consequence Federal structure of the Constitution will be a matter of debate, dispute and controversy.

In view of the repercussion of Raj’s Goondagardi and such dramatic behavior of RJD brigade I hope the Central government as also state government in Maharashtra without any delay arrest Raj thakre and completely ban MNS at least for six month to create a good example before others who indulges in similar type of unconstitutional activities.

Congress Party will then be able to say that Indian government does not hesitate to penalize even Hindus if they behave in undemocratic and unconstitutional way. Besides UPA government can cite this example to Muslims to implement Supreme Court order on Afzal Guru.

Unfortunately public image of the ruling party is not at all good and the normal perception is that government is unnecessarily playing game in Malegaon Blast to tarnish the image of BJP and Hindu organization and at the same time please Muslims.

This is called dirty politics which must be condemned by all.

Lalu or Paswan or Thakres or Karunanidhi all are birds of the same feather.

Anyway these leaders will be taught a lesson in forthcoming election by voters, let them play drama now.

Raj beaten to death by Raj Thakre's men

This is the first time that the widow of the deceased has refused to accept the financial help offered by the government and she has rather retorted by offering ten times of financial aid to the government if they can handover the real culprit Mr Raj Thakre to her.

I salute her ( wife of deceased person who was beaten to death by Marathis in Mumbai train when they came to know that the person belong to North India)and the entire country should appreciate the pain she is suffering after the death of her husband in the hand of rioters called as Marathis.

Normally our politicians extend some financial help to the aggrieved family and earn cheap sympathy from the victim's family at the cost of national fund. They never think that such financial help is nothing but a beginning in the search of the culprit and an effort to ensure punishment to the criminals in shortest period. But unfortunately politicians treat such financial help to the victim as the end of the sad chapter of rioting or brutal killing .

Not only this, Raj Thakre has been continuously committing the acts for considerable long period which divides the society and which give rise to social conflict and rioting on the basis of caste or regionalism. He never cared the non-serious warning of Government of Maharastra or Government of India.

Our Home Minister Mr. Shiv Raj Patil in his usual and streao type response after all mishappenings or after each Naxal attacks or Terror attacks says
"We have advised the Maharashtra Government to do what they are exptected to do and we hope they will so”’

Raj Thakre least bothers of such routine statements of Home Minister and neither Maharastra Government appears to be worried about the prevailing unrest in Mumbai and in Maharashtra as well as the resultant repercussion in the state of Bihar, Uttrar Pradesh and in the entire country. In their usual style, government forms a committee or judiciary inquiry and closes the chapter for ever.

Not to speak of Raj or Rahul incidents there are several Raj Thakres working in our country in the name of one party or the other, in the name of social organization or some movement. Government has completely failed to stop their anti-national activities only due to the fact that they always think in term of their vote banks.

People of India have been witnessing one after other terror attacks in some parts of the country for several years. Thousand of person has been killed in such serial bomb blasts and many families lost their beloved, but our home Minister always says that he will look into the matter. Our Prime Minister condemns such terror attacks ( we are obliged that he at least does not praise brutal beating, killings and rioting like Shiv Sena or MNS Thakres) and informs the people of India that red alert and high alert has been decalred.Government in its usual style preaches that People should not feel panic and maintain peace.

Lastly to pacify the victims of terror attacks, government will announce some financial help to the families of the injured and the killed person. Such financial help constitutes the rolling shutters which helps the politicians and administrators close the issue once for ever, to pacify the anger of the general mass and finally to sleep peacefully .

This is the reason that activities of anti national groups has spread like cancer in each and every corner of the country.

It is therefore praiseworthy that the widow of the Mr. Roy beaten to death has refused to accept financial help offered by the government. If people of the country revolt and start punishing the irresponsible politicians of the country, there is no doubt that effectiveness of police department and the administration in general will improve and criminal will fly away.

It is only due to inherent weakness and rampant corruption in our administrative as also political system that power and effectiveness of terror linked organization has spread like cancer in Indian body system.

Voters should therefore try to take lessons from the said widow and refuse to accept all lollypops given by politicians at the time of election.

Raj Thakre arrested

It is nothing but a matter of shame for the Chief Minister of Maharashtra state that he has remained a silent spectator of hooliganism perpetuated consistently by Mr. Raj Thakre and his political party MNS (Maharashtra Navnirman Sena).Mr. Vilsh Rao Deshmukh, the Chief Minister of Maharastra has failed completely in stopping the anti national activities of Mr. Raj Thakre. And his activities if allowed to grow like cancer he will disturb the national unity and integrity and more painfully the federal structure of our country.

It is not that the student of North India who depend on Maharashtra but it is true that state of Maharashtra depends on the talent of people of North India for it’s development. Potential , talent, and capacity to do hard labour available in students /residents of Bihar, Jharkhand and a part of UP is so high that they are getting respectable place in all developed and developing states of the country as also the world.

Unfortunately due to dirty politics of Bihar and UP based political leaders in their own state, development legged behind in these states compared to what has taken place in other parts of the country. This is the reason that residents of Bihar , Jharkhand and UP are forced to go outside their own state in search of job and business. And if they ( Biharis or North Indians working outside) all come back to their parent state I think development of the rest of the country will be adversely affected and to a considerable and irrecoverable extent.

It is worthwhile to mention ere that the key figure for poor development of above mentioned states are none but Mr. Mulayam Singh Yadav, Lalu Prasad Yadav, Ram Vilash Paswan, Ms Mayawati , Mr. Sibu Soren and others who are still now sitting at top post of the state or center. Their caste based politics has ruined the entire environment and stopped all roads of development.

Anyway Mr. Thakre has undoubtedly crossed all limit of tolerance and the Chief Minister Mr. Deshmukh always said that he would look into the matter and police was watching the situation deeply. An individual in Jamshedpur has taught a small lesson to insane politician Mr. Raj Thakre for his derogatory remarks against the pious festival of Hindus called as “Chhath”. Case filed by Jamshedpur person in the month of Feb 2008 has resulted in issue of arrest warrant against Mr. Raj Thakre and now I think Mr. Vilash (VINASH ) Rao (Badhao) Deshmukh (desdukh).

However Mumbai police deserves appreciation that they have at least arrested the said Goonda Mr. Raj Thakre.

Again it has been proved that the people of Bihar can fight the hooliganism of Mumbai based Raj Thakre from their own state. At least now CM of Maharashtra should be awaken from his deep slumber and do something solid to nip in the bud. People of the country must remember that all historic revots has started from the land of Bihar and hence the person like Mr. Raj Thakre should not try to ignite fire beyond the level of tolerance. Those who are aggrieved by the consistent attacks of Raj Thakre are not alone and if CM fails to take action in time I think future generation will not excuse him for his impotence and ineffectiveness .

Dadagiri of Raj Thakre and MNS

I strongly condemn the activities and statements made by Thakres, whether Raj Thakre or Bal Thakre or Uddham Thakre. All Thakres are almost same and similar. In the way they talk and give public statement and instigate violence against people of state other than that of Maharashtra is not good at all and cannot be tolerated in a civilized society and under democratic set up by any angle of consideration.

Mr. Raj Thakre is going against the established rules repeatedly and violating the directive of Maharastra government. Sometimes he and his workers attacks cinema hall to lodge protest against some films or some other he creates damages in shops which sells valentine day materials. He challenged Mr Abhtabh Bachhan and his son’s film to start in Mumbai when Mrs Jaya Bachhan gave a statement which Mr Raj Thakre took in bad taste. Mr. Raj challenged Jet airways and threatened that none of Jet flight will be allowed to fly from Mumbai if Jet management fails to reinstate sacked employees.Mr. Raj Thakre is undoubtedly a real extremist and a threat to social peace.

Only in the recent past Mr. Uddam Thakre openly said that Mumbai belong to his father and he will not allow seek suggestion from any one for the survival of Shiv Sena or that of Mumbai. Mr Raj Thakre and his Nav Nirman Sena (MNS) people has made many record of instigating violence against Non-Marathis specially Biharis or North state people living in Mumbai for jobs or for attending examination in the state of Maharastra clearly challenging the federal structure of our country.

State Government must take timely and quick action to nip in the bud, otherwise in future Mr. Raj Thakre will become a cancer for the society and give rise to several caste based conflict in some corner or the other of the country giving rise further to civil war. His anarchy may not be and should not be given place and it must be stopped by hook or by crook by the responsible authority.

I am unable to understand why Maharashtra government in particular and central government led by UPA are not arresting such Thakres which have openly posed threat to our constitution. Those who do not respect the spirit of the constitution have no right to leave outside the jail. They are animals, they are jail birds and must be kept in cage otherwise they may harm the social peace and harmony.

In such position Mr.Lalu Yadav holding a key position in the Cabinet at the Delhi only says that strong action should be taken against Mr. Raj Thakre . If the Minster in the government also suggests then who will take action. Mr. Shiv Raj Patil Minister for Home affairs always gave same statement on terror attacks which took place in the past at different places that he has alerted state governments and he will look into the matter to ensure punishment to guilty. There is no use of such statements which are not effective and which are not put into action immediately.

Person like Lalu are also afraid of erosion in his vote bank constituted by some caste group or the other. Even Mr. Manmohan Singh the Prime Minister of the country condemns the statement of Mr. Thakre and says that action should be taken. On each terror attacks their duty is to condem the incidents, sound red alert and announces some compensation for the victim and his family. The Chief Minister of Maharastra is equally evasive while taking against Mr. Thakre because he is afraid that his action may make Raj Thakre a Hero.

I feel the people of Maharastra as also that of other states are very much unhappy with the activities of Mr. Thakre and any action against him will rather enrich the vote bank of Congress Party. Otherwise in the next election Congress Party will be vanished.

Anyway if Mr. Lalu Yadav really treats Mr. Raj Thakre as a mental case he should ensure that Mr. Raj Thakre is either admitted in Mental Hospital at Ranchi or at Agra or without any delay he should be arrested. If warranted his party must be banned for good and for ever in the interest of social peace and harmony. Voters will punish severely the rulers and their parties if they fail to ensure punishment for enemy of the civilized society.

Retreat by Jet Management and Role of Media

Under liberalized economy and in the age of privatization and globalization the action of retrenchment of employees by Jet was quite justified to maintain profitability. However it would have been better to sack the employees in piecemeal manner instead of bulk removal giving rise to joint movement.

But due to avoidable campaign launched by Media against Jet, Government was forced to put pressure on Jet to reemploy the sacked employees which will signal upsurge in trade union activities and promote the culture of Raj Thakre.

If Raj Thakre is not nipped in the bud Mumbai will soon see the repeat of history of seventies when trade union activities were at the peak in the state of Maharashtra.

These media men have to criticize each action. Now when jet has reemployed the sacked employee, media men will talk of pending proposal for amendments in labour rules to fulfill the demand of corporate sector for labour reformation.

I would suggest media men to stop criticizing and projecting every incident without considering the repercussion and adverse affects it creates in the system. Media men repeat the story of murder/ killings (like Ayushi Murder case) without assessing whether it is of any use to general mass.

It is media men who are playing the dirtiest role in creating, promoting and fueling caste conflict and riots among various communities. They always tell like “Dalit is killed, Muslim is killed, Christian is killed, Tribal is killed or an Assamese is killed or Bengali is in problem , Biharies are cause of unemployment in Maharashtra or Scheduled caste is tortured or hindu created terrors and so on ………
They should in my opinion only tell that a person is killed, an Indian is killed or a particular person committed crime without mentioning the caste, community or region of the person. Such action will stop many conflicts which results in mass upsurge.

In nation building process Media men can play the vital role provided they keep them away from gaining cheap popularity. It is also kept in mind their self restraint may help in keeping press freedom alive and active, Otherwise person like Smt Indira Gandhi will be forced to rethink about amendment in the constitution like 42nd amendment .

Jobcut in Jet airways and Thakre

Job cut , freeze on salary, exploitation of work force or torturous transfers compelling employees to work for 12 hours and more in a day are some normal and common features in an era when capitalism has been given more weightage than that to socialism.

Since 1991 our government under the leadership of Mr. P Chidambram, Mr. Manmohan Singh has accepted and adopted the principals of economic reformation. Under the revised policy framework which is entirely opposite to social welfare policy or labour protection rules, government has given freedom to not only corporate, private sector but also to public sector to take maximum work from their employees and sack them whenever they like giving a compensation of one month or three month salary.

Even communist parties of the country have been propagating and executing the policies of privatization, liberalization and globalization and they did not hesitate to support UPA government in this regard.

And therefore it is ridiculous to now show sympathy for jet airways employees who have been shown the exit door. Such incidents will be numerous. Many more other companies in retail, banking, IT and marketing sector will sack thousands and lacs of employees.

In USA alone eight lacs of employees have been removed. Now when the entire world is passing through the most critical and dangerous financial crisis, one should not be surprised to see such retrenchment as happened in Jet Airways. How long private sector will suffer loss when they are unable to earn through their business?

I hope media men will not misguide the employees to earn cheap sympathy. And person like Mr. Raj Thakre must be kept in jail , otherwise he may add fuel to fire. Mr. Thakre is not good in any manner for peace loving society.Mr. Thakre like politicians can go to any BAD AND WORST EXTENT TO ENRICH THEIR VOTE BANK.

Our politician may change their colour, tone, texture and tenor when the matter of vote banks comes before them.

Congress party showed sympathy to Ratan Tata when the Nano factory was in problem at Singrur due to agitational programme of Mamta Banerjee. When Ratan Tata entered into MOU with BJP led Gujrat government , the Same congress party has started opposing Ratan Tata on the same ground for which Mamta fought against WB government in Singrur.

This is called the dirty politics of our country. Now when job cuts will engulf large area of the country political parties will stage protest and they will not hesitate to play the music against the so called reformation of nineties. After all election is at hand and now everything is possible. No action is sin in the eye of politicians if it helps to enrich their vote bank, let the nation go to hell, they apply all right or tactics to win the election. As such Congress leaders may force Jet airways management to retreat and reinstate the sacked employees.

Thakres or Bachhan

Mr. Raj Thakre with his mean minded attitude and polluted culture talks of Maratha people as if Maharashtra is different from India. Sometimes he instigates his party MNS workers to fight out Biharis from the state of Maharashtra or sometimes he talks against North Indian people. Mr. Raj Thakre did not hesitate to criticize even Big B Mr. Abhitabh Bachhan .All these postures against Non -Marathis exhibited by Mr. Raj Thakre is not because he is well wisher of the son of the soil of the state of Maharashtra but solely because of the fact that he has lost political space the day he came out of Shiv Sena.

It is not astonishing that Mr. Bal Thakre who is mentor of Mr. Raj Thakre has also come out openly against t Mr. Bachhan though for some time he appeared to be in favour of Mr. Bachhan. Now Mr. Thakre through his mouthpiece Newspaper Samana has advised Mr. Bachhan to take lesson from Mr. Rajni Kant of Tamlinadu who supported the cause of Tamil people even though he is an originally Marathi man. Mr. Bal Thakre did not hesitate to criticize Mr. Bachhan who according to him made his career from Maharashtra during last three years and became an International repute figure but still talks of Allahabad and Uttar Pradesh.

There is no doubt now that Mr. Bal Thakre, the Shiv Sena supreme is also under misconception that Mr. Raj Thakre has gained some space due to agitation against Biharis or North Indian people. Mr. Thakre instead of condemning Mr Raj Thakre has started falling in line with Mr. Raj Thakre presumably to save his own political space.

Here I would like to say that Mr. Raj Thakre has got no political advantage through his goodaism or vandalism against some Bihar taxi drivers. Neither Mr Bal Thakre got any advantage through his party members tearing out posters of some movies or through goondaism perpetuated by his party member against Valentine Day. People of the country well understand that Bal Thakre or Mr Raj Thakre are the two sides of same coin.

In fact they got some space in political field because of the bitter truth that they fought against Congress Party which relentlessly indulged in appeasement of Muslims in the country after Indian freedom and that too at the cost of Hindus. When Hindus in the country under the rule of Congress Party started getting second class treatment, it was Mr. Bal Thakre and his party Shiv Sena who came forward and boldly protested against the dirty politics of Congress Party and supported Bhartiya Janta Party in their fight against Muslim appeasement. With the support of BJP, Shiv Sena got political advantage and came to power also for some time but could not sustain the popularity due to non performance.

However in the next election, it is hundred percent predictable that both will lose substantially in the next election. They cannot be expected to win any political space by their fight for son of the soil in Maharashtra. The economy of Maharashtra largely depends on the businessmen of various communities who went there from different states and with the joint efforts of people of various states that Mumbai became prominent Business centre. Mr. Bal Thakre or Mr. Raj Thakre should widen their outlook and think for India as one entity and then only they can hope for success in the political arena.
.
Both of them should try to save their existing space by doing some positive work instead of disturbing the state of Maharashtra on communal line. Mr. Abhitabh Bachhan is well known figure for the people of India and the world also. Mr. Bachhan is far better than Mr., Rajni Kant on any front and he need not take any lesson from Rajni Kant whose popularity is still confined to the state of Tamlinadu or maximum in the southern belt. There is no comparison of Mr. Rajni Kant with Mr. Abhitabh Bachhan. Mr. Rajni Kant may be good in acting but he is no where in comparison with Mr. Bachhan so far their love for the country is concerned.

The family of Mr. Bachhan always remained far far away from any political controversy. It is worthwhile to mention here however that Mr. Big B had came out of Congress Party after living for a very short period with late Mr. Rajiv Gandhi and he became a bone of contention only when his wife associated herself with Samajwadi Party and Mr. Bachhan himself spoke in favour of Samajwadi Party during last election in Uttar Pradesh. Anyway it is the choice of Mr. Bachhan which political party he likes and which he dislikes. He is undoubtedly a national figure and does not need to take any lesson either from Mr. Bal Thakre or Mr. Rajni Kant.
