Jobcut in Jet airways and Thakre

Job cut , freeze on salary, exploitation of work force or torturous transfers compelling employees to work for 12 hours and more in a day are some normal and common features in an era when capitalism has been given more weightage than that to socialism.

Since 1991 our government under the leadership of Mr. P Chidambram, Mr. Manmohan Singh has accepted and adopted the principals of economic reformation. Under the revised policy framework which is entirely opposite to social welfare policy or labour protection rules, government has given freedom to not only corporate, private sector but also to public sector to take maximum work from their employees and sack them whenever they like giving a compensation of one month or three month salary.

Even communist parties of the country have been propagating and executing the policies of privatization, liberalization and globalization and they did not hesitate to support UPA government in this regard.

And therefore it is ridiculous to now show sympathy for jet airways employees who have been shown the exit door. Such incidents will be numerous. Many more other companies in retail, banking, IT and marketing sector will sack thousands and lacs of employees.

In USA alone eight lacs of employees have been removed. Now when the entire world is passing through the most critical and dangerous financial crisis, one should not be surprised to see such retrenchment as happened in Jet Airways. How long private sector will suffer loss when they are unable to earn through their business?

I hope media men will not misguide the employees to earn cheap sympathy. And person like Mr. Raj Thakre must be kept in jail , otherwise he may add fuel to fire. Mr. Thakre is not good in any manner for peace loving society.Mr. Thakre like politicians can go to any BAD AND WORST EXTENT TO ENRICH THEIR VOTE BANK.

Our politician may change their colour, tone, texture and tenor when the matter of vote banks comes before them.

Congress party showed sympathy to Ratan Tata when the Nano factory was in problem at Singrur due to agitational programme of Mamta Banerjee. When Ratan Tata entered into MOU with BJP led Gujrat government , the Same congress party has started opposing Ratan Tata on the same ground for which Mamta fought against WB government in Singrur.

This is called the dirty politics of our country. Now when job cuts will engulf large area of the country political parties will stage protest and they will not hesitate to play the music against the so called reformation of nineties. After all election is at hand and now everything is possible. No action is sin in the eye of politicians if it helps to enrich their vote bank, let the nation go to hell, they apply all right or tactics to win the election. As such Congress leaders may force Jet airways management to retreat and reinstate the sacked employees.
